Meet Vijayaraghavan, Yoga Trainer and Therapist, Founder of Manam Yoga and a living testament to the power of yoga to transform lives. Vijayaraghavan began his journey in the fast-paced world of ITES (Information Technology Enabled Services), where stress and burnout were all too common. Seeking relief from the pressures of corporate life, he turned to yoga as a way to manage stress and find inner peace.

The trainer has, immersed himself in the profound teachings of yoga, delving deep into its philosophy, asanas, and therapeutic practices. His journey has led him to serve as a senior yoga trainer at Famous Well Known School of Yoga, where he had the privilege of guiding more than 500 students across 25 batches in his yoga journey.
